Majestic Dock Reservation Requests–For Slip #6

This form is for Qualified Guests reserving a boat slip for the Majestic Dock. This form should be filled out by the responsible/renting owner on behalf of the guests. Reservations booked by anyone but the Property Owner may not be honored. All guests must sign & agree to terms and conditions before arrival.
